SensoSound Terms of Use

1. The App

SensoSound provides tools for:

• Generating music and related artwork using artificial intelligence.
• Creating instrumental or vocal tracks from prompts, lyrics, settings, or reference audio.
• Processing supported audio, including remixing and vocal-related operations.
• Recording, importing, organizing, and playing audio in a local library.

The available features may change as the App and its external services are updated.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be legally able to agree to these Terms. If you have not reached the age of legal majority where you live, a parent or guardian must review and accept these Terms for you.

SensoSound currently does not require an App account. App data and generated files may be stored locally on your device, while subscriptions are associated with your Apple ID.

3. License

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use SensoSound on Apple devices that you own or control, subject to these Terms and Apple's usage rules.

You may not copy, sell, rent, distribute, reverse engineer, bypass, or interfere with the App except where applicable law expressly permits it.

4. Subscriptions and Generation Credits

SensoSound offers two auto-renewable subscription options, with their current names, durations, prices, included features, and any trial displayed in the App before purchase.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase.
• A subscription automatically renews unless you cancel it through your Apple ID settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Apple manages billing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds under its applicable rules.
• You can use Restore Purchases in the App for eligible purchases.
• If a free trial is offered, its duration and conditions will be shown before purchase. Unless canceled, it converts to a paid subscription at the displayed price.

Paid access may include a defined number of generation credits for each subscription period. Credits are used when you request eligible AI operations. Credit amounts, renewal rules, and feature costs are shown in the App and may differ between the two subscriptions.

Unless required by law or Apple's rules:

• Unused credits do not have cash value.
• Credits are not transferable.
• Unused subscription credits may expire or reset when the applicable subscription period ends.
• Ending or canceling a subscription does not provide continued access after the paid or trial period expires.

Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.

5. Your Content

"Your Content" includes prompts, lyrics, audio, recordings, reference files, titles, and other material you submit through SensoSound.

You retain any rights you already hold in Your Content. You grant the Developer and the relevant service providers a limited permission to receive, transmit, process, and return Your Content only as needed to provide, secure, and support the requested feature.

You are responsible for ensuring that:

• You own Your Content or have all permissions required to use it.
• Your Content does not infringe copyright, privacy, publicity, trademark, or other rights.
• You have the necessary consent before uploading another person's voice, likeness, performance, or personal information.

Do not upload confidential content or content you are not authorized to send to external AI providers.

6. AI-Generated Results

Results may include generated music, lyrics, audio, images, titles, or metadata ("Outputs").

To the extent permitted by applicable law and the rules of the provider that generated the Output, you may use Outputs created from your lawful use of SensoSound. However:

• AI Outputs may not be unique, and other users may receive similar results.
• We do not guarantee that an Output is eligible for copyright or other intellectual-property protection.
• We do not guarantee that an Output is accurate, original, or free from third-party rights.
• Your right to use an Output may also depend on the terms of the AI provider and the subscription level used for generation.

You are responsible for reviewing an Output and obtaining any permissions needed before publishing, distributing, or commercially using it.

7. Acceptable Use

You may not use SensoSound to:

• Break the law or violate another person's rights.
• Upload or generate content that you are not authorized to use.
• Impersonate, clone, or misuse another person's voice or identity without permission.
• Create fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, or harmful content.
• Introduce malware, attack the App or its providers, bypass access or credit controls, or automate requests in an unauthorized manner.

We may restrict access to protect the App, its users, providers, or legal rights.

8. External Services

SensoSound relies on external services, including Apple, Kie.ai or Suno-compatible services, Stability AI, Music.ai, Firebase, and Adapty. Your use of features provided through those services may also be subject to their terms and privacy policies.

External services may be changed, interrupted, limited, or discontinued. We do not control their availability or processing times and cannot guarantee that every generation or processing request will succeed.

9. Local Files and Backups

Tracks, recordings, artwork, and library information may be stored locally on your device. You are responsible for exporting or backing up content you want to keep.

Files may be lost if you delete them, use Delete All Data, uninstall the App, lose access to the device, or if local storage is damaged. We do not guarantee recovery of locally stored content.

10. Intellectual Property

SensoSound, including its code, interface, design, graphics, and branding, is owned by or licensed to the Developer and is protected by applicable law. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the App to you.

If you believe content or functionality available through SensoSound infringes your rights, contact us with enough information to identify the material and explain your claim.

11. Disclaimer

SensoSound is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. AI generation and audio processing can produce unexpected, incomplete, similar, or unusable results.

We do not promise uninterrupted operation, permanent availability of any provider or feature, or that every Output will meet your intended purpose. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or warranties that cannot legally be excluded.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of data, lost profits, loss of opportunity, or claims arising from your publication or use of Your Content or Outputs.

Any liability that cannot be excluded is limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law. Consumer rights that cannot be waived remain unaffected.

13. Changes and Termination

We may update the App or these Terms to reflect feature, provider, subscription, security, or legal changes. Updated Terms will show a new effective date. If a material change requires consent, the App may ask you to accept the updated Terms.

You may stop using SensoSound at any time. Canceling a subscription must be completed through your Apple ID settings. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary because of misuse, security risks, legal requirements, or discontinued services.

14. Apple App Store

These Terms are between you and the Developer, not Apple. Apple does not provide maintenance or support for SensoSound and is not responsible for the App or its content, except as required by law or Apple's applicable rules.

Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce the App Store-related provisions against you.

15. General

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining parts continue to apply. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.

Applicable mandatory consumer laws, including any rights available in your country or region, are not limited by these Terms.
