SensoSound Privacy Policy

1. Scope

SensoSound enables users to generate and process music and audio using artificial intelligence, record audio, and save generated or imported tracks in a local library.

The App does not require you to create an account with us. This Policy applies only to SensoSound. Services operated by Apple and our AI or infrastructure providers are governed by their own privacy policies.

2. Information We Process

Depending on the features you use, the App may process the following information.

Content you provide

• Text prompts, lyrics, titles, style descriptions, and generation settings.
• Audio files, recordings, reference tracks, and other files you choose to import or process.
• Generated music, artwork, and related metadata.

Do not submit content containing personal information unless it is necessary for your requested result and you have the right to provide it.

Device and app information

We and our service providers may receive:

• Device type, operating-system version, app version, language, and general region.
• App events, feature usage, diagnostics, crash reports, and performance information.
• Technical identifiers used by Apple, analytics, subscription, and infrastructure services.
• IP address and similar connection information received automatically by online services.

Subscription information

Subscriptions are purchased and managed through Apple's App Store. We do not receive your full payment-card details. We may receive subscription status, product identifier, transaction identifier, renewal or expiration information, and related purchase data needed to provide paid features and restore purchases.

3. Device Permissions

SensoSound requests access only when required for a feature you choose:

• Microphone: to record audio.
• Speech Recognition: to convert speech into text where this feature is available.
• Photos: to select or save artwork and other supported media.
• Files: to import or export supported audio and related files.

You can change permissions in iOS Settings. Disabling a permission may prevent the related feature from working.

4. How We Use Information

We process information to:

• Generate music, artwork, and other requested results.
• Process audio, including remixing and vocal-related operations.
• Maintain the local music library and playback features.
• Verify subscription access, allocate generation credits, and restore purchases.
• Diagnose crashes, maintain security, and improve reliability and performance.
• Comply with applicable law and respond to valid legal requests.

Where required by law, processing is based on performing the service you request, our legitimate interest in operating and securing the App, your consent for device permissions, or compliance with legal obligations.

5. AI and Service Providers

Some features require content to be sent over the internet to service providers. Depending on the requested feature, prompts, lyrics, audio, and generation settings may be processed by:

• Kie.ai and Suno-compatible services for music generation.
• Stability AI for image or artwork generation.
• Music.ai for supported audio-processing features.
• Firebase for analytics, diagnostics, crash reporting, and remote configuration.
• Adapty for subscription status and paywall management.
• Apple for App Store purchases, StoreKit, device permissions, and platform services.

These providers may process information on their systems and in countries other than your own. Their handling of information is also subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We send only the information reasonably needed to perform the selected feature.

6. Local Storage

Generated or imported tracks and related metadata may be stored locally on your device. App preferences and access state may be stored using iOS local storage and Keychain services.

Deleting the App generally removes locally stored App data, subject to iOS behavior and device backups. SensoSound also provides a Delete All Data action for removing locally stored App content and settings. Content already sent to a service provider may remain for the period permitted by that provider's policy or required by law.

7. Retention

Local content remains on your device until you delete it, use the App's deletion controls, or uninstall the App.

We retain subscription, diagnostic, and service records only as long as reasonably needed to provide the App, maintain security, resolve issues, or meet legal obligations. AI providers determine their own retention periods for information processed on their systems.

8. Sharing and Sale of Information

We disclose information only:

• To the providers identified above when necessary to operate a feature.
• When required by law or a valid legal request.
• When necessary to protect users, the App, or the Developer from fraud, abuse, or security threats.

We do not sell personal information. SensoSound does not use submitted prompts or audio for third-party advertising.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to the nature of the App and the information processed. No storage or transmission system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Your Choices and Rights

You can:

• Decline or revoke device permissions in iOS Settings.
• Delete local tracks and other content in the App.
• Use Delete All Data to remove locally stored App data.
• Manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID settings.
• Contact us regarding privacy questions or applicable data-protection rights.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or a copy of personal information processed by us. Because SensoSound does not use an App account, we may have limited information with which to identify a request. Rights concerning information held directly by Apple or an AI provider should be directed to that provider.

11. Children's Privacy

SensoSound is not directed to children under 13 or the higher minimum age required in their country. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children below the applicable age. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, contact us.

12. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to SensoSound, its providers, or applicable law. The updated version will show a new effective date. Material changes may also be communicated in the App or on the page where this Policy is published.
